4. For multi-variety and small-batch production occasions, cleaning equipment that is adaptable to the size of castings or equipped with two types of carrier devices should be selected; for small-variety and large-volume production occasions, high-efficiency or special shot blasting cleaning equipment should be selected;

When dry cleaning and wet cleaning can meet the cleaning requirements, dry cleaning that does not produce sewage should be selected first; in dry cleaning, first consider a shot blasting machine with high efficiency and low energy consumption; for complex surfaces For castings and inner cavity, according to the size and production batch of castings, squirrel cage type, manipulator type, and hook type which can swing or move during cleaning can be selected as shot blasting machines.
