1. The shot blasting machine oscillates greatly. Through the summary, we found that there are three main reasons for this type of problem:

(1) The blades or impellers are severely worn, which makes the operation of the shot blasting machine unbalanced. At this moment, we only need to replace the blades or impellers.

(2) The bearing is burned out. At this time, we can replace and add grease.

(3) Loose fixing bolts of the shot blasting machine will also cause abnormal oscillation of the shot blasting machine. At this moment, we only need to tighten the bolts to solve the problem.

2. The shot blasting machine is noisy. There are 4 reasons for this kind of problem:

(1) The projectile does not meet the requirements, causing the phenomenon of sand jam, just replace the qualified projectile.

(2) There are large particles in the shot material, which exceeds the working intensity of the shot blasting machine. At this moment, it immediately stops and then cleans it.

(3) The guard plate of the shot blaster is loose, and friction occurs with the impeller or blade, causing noise. At this time, we can adjust the guard plate.

(4) The loosening of the bolts of the coupling disc in the shot blasting machine will also cause abnormal noise, just tighten the bolts.

3. The working speed of the dust collector of the shot blasting machine is low. The low working speed of the dust collector will not only cause waste, but also damage the shot blasting machine. There are four main reasons for this phenomenon:

(1) The fan wiring of the dust collector is wrong, at this moment, just re-wire it.

(2) The bag in the dust collector is damaged or missing. At this time, we can replace the cloth bag.

(3) There is a problem with the sealing of the junction of the dust removal pipeline, which requires us to replace the seal.

(4) If the finished workpiece does not fall out as required, too much molding sand will remain, and the dust content of the dust removal inlet will be too high, which will affect the working speed.
