1. Check the high-manganese steel guard plate, rubber plate and other protective plates in the shot blasting machine room. If worn or broken, they should be replaced immediately to prevent the projectile from penetrating the chamber wall and flying out of the chamber to injure people; you need to enter the chamber When checking and repairing the internal body of the body, the main power supply of the equipment must be cut off and indicated by a tag.

2. Check the tension of the hoist, if it is loose, it should be tightened in time to avoid accidents;

3. Check the vibration of the shot blasting machine. Once the machine is found to have large vibrations, stop the machine immediately, check that the shot blaster is not afraid of the wear of the abrasive parts and the biased condition of the impeller, and replace the damaged parts; the main power supply of the cleaning equipment should be cut off before the end cover of the shot blaster. It is strictly forbidden to open the end cover when the shot blasting device does not completely stop rotating.

4. Regularly lubricate all motors and bearings on the equipment. For detailed description of lubrication parts and lubrication times, please refer to Part 6 Lubrication;

5. Regular replenishment of new projectiles As projectiles will wear out and break during use, a corresponding number of new projectiles should be refilled regularly. When the cleaning quality of the cleaned workpieces cannot be reached, the amount of projectiles is too small may be an important reason;

6. When installing the blades of the shot blasting machine, it should be noted that the weight difference of a group of eight blades should not be greater than 5 grams, and the wear of the blades, the blasting wheel and the directional sleeve should be checked frequently for timely replacement. During maintenance, do not leave the maintenance tools, screws and other sundries in the machine.
